Webcast: Organizational Creativity: Making it Part of Your Culture and Business

Available Dates: December 11, 12, 14, 15
David Horth
Senior Designer, Programs & Services Design Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)

What is the response in your company when someone outside of R&D comes up with a great idea? If your company is like many that put breakthrough ideas on the shelf, they are likely to gather dust, wither and die. Instead, how can your talent's creativity be part of the way you do business? A creative culture doesn't just happen...it depends on processes and champions at the leadership and manager level to cultivate sources of ideas and nurture idea development and execution. And like all improvement initiatives, developing an innovative culture should be able to be tied to business break-through's. Whether you're a leader, manager, or in OD, this webcast will enlighten your approach to making creativity part of your business.

Don't miss these webcast take aways:

  • Leadership and management practices that impact innovation
  • Competencies that develop innovation
  • Find out how productivity and creativity are perceived in your organization
  • Assess your organization's innovative climate
  • Develop an action plan to improve the innovative culture within and across your business

Webcast is sponsored by the Human Capital Institute. Complimentary registrations are available.

Spirit & Leadership 2008

Twelve years ago CCL initiated a conversation about the intersection of spirit and leadership. Since we continually reformulate our offerings to better serve our mission - to advance the understanding and practice of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide - Spirit & Leadership Conference is currently undergoing that same renewal and as a result will not be offered in January, 2008.

A significant research and design agenda is already under way. As part of that research, we request your valuable input about the future of our offering. Please take 4 minutes to fill out a brief survey and help inform the future of this work.

We appreciate your understanding and contributions to this community of practice in the past. If you would like to further contribute to the body of research in the area of spirit and leadership please feel free to contact me at santanal@ccl.org.

We join you in looking forward to the advancement of spirit in leadership in the near future,
Center for Creative Leadership
